Company overview

AgXeed delivers an integrated autonomous farming ecosystem built around its AgBots, TraXwise software platform, and smart control units that connect existing tractors and implements. The AgBot lineup includes the T2 5-Series all-rounder, the high-power T2 7-Series crawler for heavy work, and the compact W3 and W4 models for orchards, specialty crops, and grassland tasks. All machines run standard 3-point implements and execute pre-planned, highly precise field operations generated in TraXwise. The Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) brings autonomy and TraXwise connectivity to conventional tractors, while the Tool Control Unit (TCU) makes implements intelligent by detecting blockages, empty hoppers, and mechanical failures in real time. Together, these components form a single, cloud-connected workflow that links AgBots, tractors, implements, and operators under one digital system.

AgXeed employs a hybrid sales model combining CapEx hardware with recurring software and service agreements. AgBots, VCUs, and TCUs are purchased through dealer networks or accessed through dealer-led rental programs that lower the barrier to adoption. TraXwise functions as a recurring cloud subscription that powers autonomy, planning, monitoring, data retention, and full-season task management. Deployments typically include project-based onboarding, field boundary mapping, and integration with the customer’s existing equipment. By pairing owned machines with recurring autonomy, optimization, and support services, AgXeed operates as a hybrid hardware-as-a-service system in practice, where the core value is delivered over time, not at the point of sale.

“Autonomy is a path to stronger, more resilient farms,” says Rienk Landstra, co-founder and MD at the company. “By combining smart machines with a connected planning platform, we let farmers work precisely, protect their soil, and manage their business on their own terms. The goal is simple: more freedom in the field, and a stronger, more resilient farm for the future.”
