Company overview
Amper connects factory floors through lightweight hardware that attaches non-intrusively to any machine—old or new—to capture real production signals such as run/idle time, cycle counts, job status, and operator support calls. These sensors and gateways install in minutes and require no PLC access or custom integration. Once online, they stream machine-level data into Amper’s cloud platform, which delivers real-time visibility, job tracking, AI-powered production forecasting, and coordinated workflows across operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams.
Amper operates a subscription-based model centered on its manufacturing intelligence software. Hardware devices are included as part of the subscription, not sold as standalone products or capital assets. Customers typically subscribe on a per-machine, per-month basis, and the required sensors are provided, supported, and replaced as part of the service. This structure keeps upfront costs low while ensuring every connected machine receives the sensing hardware needed for accurate, continuous data capture.
