Humro

Humro delivers autonomous warehouse automation through a modular fleet of intelligent robots paired with a full-stack autonomy and orchestration platform. Its hardware lineup includes autonomous truck loading and unloading forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks for high-bay storage, and shelf-movement AMRs, each designed to operate safely in mixed human–robot environments. The robots rely on LiDAR, SLAM-based navigation, computer vision, and PLC-enforced safety controls to enable 24/7 operation with real-time obstacle detection and human-aware path planning. On the software side, Humro’s iWare platform coordinates fleet operations through AI-driven task allocation, navigation, and traffic control, while WCS Extend and optional WMS capabilities integrate with existing warehouse systems to support inventory flows, picking, putaway, and cross-docking—without requiring a full WMS overhaul or warehouse redesign.

Humro operates a flexible hardware-enabled software model that blends Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) with leasing and ownership options, allowing customers to adopt automation with minimal upfront investment. Deployments can be structured as pay-per-use or hourly pricing, traditional leasing, lease-to-own with buyback provisions, zero-down financing, or short-term rentals for seasonal demand. Across all models, Humro retains responsibility for deployment, monitoring, preventive maintenance, software updates, and 24/7 support, aligning costs with operational output while keeping total cost of ownership predictable. This structure enables warehouses to scale automation up or down as demand shifts, without long integration timelines or capital-heavy commitments.
