REMY Robotics builds adaptable autonomous robotic kitchen systems designed to produce high-quality meals with reliable consistency and minimal labor. Its hardware consists of modular kitchen units combining robotic arms, precision cooking modules, refrigeration and storage systems, and IoT sensors that track each stage of the cooking process. These systems support multi-cuisine production and can prepare hundreds of engineered dishes—from bowls to full plated meals—without on-site staff. REMY’s AI stack automates cooking, adjusts recipes in real time, and oversees quality control. The software also provides operational insights, inventory tracking, and integrations with POS and delivery platforms. The robotic kitchens can be deployed in as little as ~200 square feet, require no gas or extraction systems, and allow new locations to launch quickly.
REMY operates a hybrid commercialization model that includes both CapEx purchase pathways and service-based deployments, depending on the operator. Robotic kitchen hardware is manufactured and deployed directly to restaurant partners and ghost kitchens, while AI software, menu engineering, predictive maintenance, quality control, and operational support are delivered as ongoing subscription services. In many partnerships, the recurring contract includes continuous software updates, new algorithmic recipes, operational optimization, and remote monitoring of the robotic kitchen. REMY also provides culinary engineering services—updating menus, optimizing cook programs, and enabling rapid expansion of new concepts—bundled into subscription tiers rather than sold as standalone CapEx.
