Seismic operates a hybrid recurring sales model centered on the CapEx purchase of Powered Clothing systems—garments, the modular component belt, Flex-Drive electric muscles, on-suit sensors, and the battery system. The purchase is paired with a digital services layer that includes cloud-based posture analytics, real-time feedback tools, machine-learning improvements, ergonomic reporting, and fleet-level metrics such as the Seismic Safety Score. Customers also receive onboarding, training, and ongoing support designed to help them deploy the suits at scale, integrate them into existing safety programs, and track measurable improvements in workforce productivity and musculoskeletal risk reduction.
