Company overview
Vibe makes interactive smart whiteboards that combine a large touchscreen display with built-in video conferencing, wireless screencasting, and a cloud-based collaboration platform. The Vibe Board S1 is the company's flagship: a 4K display with 20-point multi-touch, a built-in AI camera with six omnidirectional microphones, a magnetic stylus, and wireless screencasting so anyone in a meeting room can share their screen without cables. It runs VibeOS, built on ChromeOS, which gives the board access to over 250 apps including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Teams. The software layer lives in Vibe Plus, a suite of three apps: Vibe Canvas is an infinite virtual whiteboard with AI handwriting recognition, smart shape detection, and templates for project management and decision workflows; Vibe Screen turns the board into a branded digital signage display when not in active use; and Vibe One adds remote control from a phone or laptop and wireless file transfer across devices. Layered on top is Vibe AI, a contextual memory system that links meetings, whiteboard sessions, documents, and decisions into a persistent record teams can query, so a new team member can ask what was decided in a meeting three months ago and get a sourced answer. The Vibe Bot is a standalone AI in-room device that feeds the same memory system without requiring a full board installation.
A customer buys the Vibe Board S1 starting at $3,999 and then adds Vibe Plus as a hybrid hardware-as-a-service subscription that bundles the board with the software layer. A free tier with five gigabytes of cloud storage lets a buyer start using Canvas, Screen, and One at no cost. The Pro tier at $39 per device per month unlocks unlimited cloud storage, brand customization, custom templates, version history, and workspace management for up to ten members. A Business tier adds advanced team management for larger deployments. The free-to-paid structure means Vibe captures recurring revenue as usage grows: a team that starts with one board on the free plan expands to Pro when it needs branded templates and version history, then moves to Business when it rolls out boards across multiple offices.
